Eastrex Shipping Sendirian Berhad was established in 1990 in order to handle all Shipping and Custom Brokerage activities. 

Eastrex Logistics Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1990 to handle Project Management, Consultation and Ship Brokerage. 

Eastrex-ICF (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was formed in 1991 to handle International Sea/Air Freight Forwarding, Bonded Trucking and Warehousing.
